Dear All,
A good friend and colleague, Rajesh Barnwal has decided to move on from alootechie from this month. Having spent 7 years at Webchutney and having built AlooTechie into the leading media property in the digital domain, Rajesh has decided to move on to a new innings. This is as much a shocker for me as for the rest of you, but when Rajesh explained to me that he has been contemplating a new entrepreneurial venture, I can only wish him the very best and assure him of all support from my end.
Over the two years that I have known Rajesh, his sincerity and keen attention to quality in all his endeavors, not to mention his amazing knowledge and perspectives of the industry have grown my respect for his professionalism and as an individual. The reach and respect that AlooTechie today commands in it’s industry do not need further embellishment, something that Rajesh, you can always be incredibly proud of! It has been a pleasure working with him and on behalf of all of us, I wish him the very best. Today will be Rajesh’s last day in office.
On a related note, in a well earned and on Rajesh’s strong recommendation, Satrajit Sen is as of tomorrow, promoted to Editor, Alootechie. Hearty congratulations Satrajit! It is a big responsibility, but one I am sure you will execute with aplomb!
Rajesh, once again, wishing you the very best for your new venture! We will get together at 5 PM today evening in the first floor conference room.
